How can I get a stable video link using GoPro Hero3 Silver Edition?Submit a request
Note: This article is obsolete once using CONNEX firmware revision 2.0.0 or higher.
This article assists you if you have been experiencing any problems linking CONNEX with the GoPro Hero3 Silver Edition.
The solution is simply to either:
- Power up the GoPro camera AFTER powering up CONNEX, OR,
- Switch the GoPro camera off and on once the setup has been completed and all devices were powered on (CONNEX Air and Ground units, monitors, camera, etc.)
This behavior seems to be particular to this specific model: The GoPro Hero3 Silver Edition. We tested other models in our lab, such as HERO3+ Black and Hero4, and the integration worked normally.
