In case you encounter an upgrade failure and the upgrade installation process stops at 29%, please consider to: 

  • Replace USB Cable

  • Replace USB Port

  • Try different PC (Win/Mac)

  • Upgrade using Boot-Mode 

If all above did not resolve the issue and the upgrade was not accomplished successfully, please contact our Support Center
