Yes. CONNEX supports the MAVLink and CAN-BUS protocol for flight controllers. It can be connected directly to 3DR controllers: 'Pixhawk', 'APM' and 'ArduPilot' and DJI controllers (only from CONNEX firmware version 2.0.x and above): 'NAZA' and 'A2'
